half solution

Hi I have similar issue.

1. I got this issue when user sending out email. the email stays in mail.box in his local computer and the email keeps on sending out every few seconds resulting on mutiple email received by the recipient until I actually shut the lotus notes down.
The fix is to:
a. delete mail.box
b. delete cache.ndk
c. delete bookmark.nsf
d. delete workspace folder
start up notes and make sure the mailbox has 'LZ1 compression for attachments'

2. Copy document from one database from one to another comes up with the error. I dont have any solution for this, I just have to re-create the document and re-copy
